Brooks F. McCabe, Jr. is an Associate Broker with the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Great Expectations Realty.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and over 35 years of experience in commercial and investment real estate in West Virginia.  Mr. McCabe is also Managing Member and Broker of West Virginia Commercial, LLC, a General Partner of McCabe Land Company, LP and Managing Member of Fleming Commercial Properties, LLC which are active in commercial real estate, land and mineral interests within West Virginia.

Mr. McCabe’s professional designations include:  the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute.  He is a member of various professional associations including the WV Chamber of Commerce, Charleston Area Alliance, and The Nature Conservancy of West Virginia.

Claire Barth specializes in commercial sales and leasing throughout the greater Charleston area, with a focus on retail properties throughout the state. She joined the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Great Expectations Realty in early 2017, after she worked as a sales associate at West Virginia Commercial since July 2012.  Before that, she worked for a public relations and advertising firm in Charleston.  Ms. Barth is a lifelong resident of West Virginia. She has served on West Side Main Street’s Board of Advisors and served as chair and co-chair for the Friends of the Clay Center; she currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences of West Virginia.

Duke Jordan is a Sales Associate within the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Great Expectations Realty.  Duke is a retired US Marine and Lieutenant of the City of Charleston Police Department.  He also spent time working as Terrorist Scenario Planner for the Department of Defense before he became a full-time REALTOR®.  In the last several years Duke has specialized in Commercial and Investment Property with a commitment to bring new businesses to West Virginia.  He has been a Top Producer at Berkshire for over five years. Robert V. Barill is a Sales Associate within the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Great Expectations Realty.  Prior to working with BHHS, he was a Sales Associate at West Virginia Commercial, formerly McCabe-Henley, for over 30 years.  During this time he brokered numerous commercial sales and leasing transactions and served as exclusive sales agent in the bankruptcy liquidation of Heck’s and L.A. Joe Department Stores. 

Mr. Barill worked in commercial real estate development for Boulevard Realty Company and was a Vice President at Kanawha Valley Bank in the commercial loan department.  He worked for the West Virginia Economic Development Authority where he directed a program that provided financial assistance in conjunction with private lending institutions to assist the business community in the construction, and expansion of industry throughout West Virginia.  He also worked in the Governor’s office of Economic and Community Development.
